- Many insurances pay for the evaluation and initial treatment if you already have a blood lead level. Every one of them is different. The cash pay cost of the first evaluation and treatment is about $150. Medicare and United have always paid for the evaluation if a blood lead level is 2 or great prior to the evaluation. Blue Cross pays for many chelation treatments AFTER the initial screening if their criteria are met but NOT Federal Blue Cross
- For Medicare patients with a 2ug or higher level prior to evaluation , we will submit insurance for the evaluation and treatment at the first visit.
- The cost to send the urine off at “our cost” prepaid is $62-92 depending on the panel you submit
- We accept cash, and credit cards
- For cash pay patients as of Feb 2010, cost of treatment is $140 per treatment. Our new discount for cash pay patients is $130 per treatment for patients who take the “TO GO” ball off site. We offer 10% additional off if 10 treatments are paid in advance but there are NO REFUNDS or transfers except to a spouse on this option ($1170 for the 10 treatments “to go” option, or 10 treatments or $1260/10 for in house treatments monitored by a nurse)
